The Washington University Tuberous Sclerosis Center conducts patient-oriented clinical research and drug trials, recruiting patients from the Washington University Tuberous Sclerosis Clinic and outside referrals.  We have recently joined the TSC Clinical Research Consortium, a network of 8 sites across the United States collaborating on clinical research on TSC.

The ultimate goals of this research are to gain a better understanding of the natural history and underlying mechanisms of TSC and to develop better therapies for TSC patients. To accomplish these goals, we conduct or participate in clinical drug trials and database/biosample studies specifically related to TSC patients. More information below:
