Tuberous Sclerosis Center and Clinic

Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a genetic disease that causes tumors and symptoms in multiple organs of the body including the brain, skin, eyes, kidneys, heart and lungs. The Washington University Tuberous Sclerosis Center of Missouri is one of about a dozen TSC Centers of Excellence recognized by the TSC Alliance and provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for children and adults with TSC, while conducting cutting-edge research to better understand and develop new treatments for this disease.
